Whatever Daboll and his staff said or did at halftime, they should bottle it and sell it. I actually thought that the change in philosophy was pretty ingenious. The Giants offense in the first 3 halves was geared toward run and possession passing, things that theoretically could be run quickly and not exposing the OL. I think Daboll saw that the Cards were cheating in the box, creating even more pressure for the OL. The side effect of stacking the box though is creating opportunities for middle and deep passes. Once the Giants completed a couple of deeper routes, it softened the pressure in the box and the OL was able to do a lot better. Granted, it's only the Cardinals and it may not work as well with teams that have good secondaries, but it's something to work on for this week.
