Since it's Spring Training I've decided to make the SWB RailRiders Baby Bomber logo into a cake.  So far, I've made from Scratch a dark chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream.  I've then covered the cake in fondant.  My next step is to remake the Baby bomber logo in fondant.  I've traced the logo to use as a guide.  A lot of detail will go into this cake.  It will be a lot of fun to finish this cake.  I will post a step by step video how this was done by Sunday.
